Angelica is a certified coach and educator specializing in Early Childhood Development and Social Emotional Learning. She leads CCFW’s Latinx community outreach and develops partner engagement activities and programs that build knowledge and skills to address the effects of disadvantage and adversity on children, youth and families. She is certified to facilitate Compassionate Integrity Training by Life University, and has been trained in both Listening Moms, and Finding Calm by the Community of Mindful Parenting.
Angelica believes that navigating life-changing events with mindfulness and self-compassion is the portal to insight, a true opportunity for growth and transformation. She is a Latinx community advocate and an education ambassador, passionate for promoting mindful resilience and well-being. She enjoys training and coaching working moms around prioritizing their self-care, mastering the art of work-life balance, and achieving personal growth.
