We are pleased to offer these free drop-in mindfulness sessions for providers and educators working with children, youth, and families. The work you do is critical to our communities – and these sessions are intended to support your well-being. Each session will offer participants one or two mindfulness and self-compassion practices as well as emotion coping skills. These sessions are also a space for collective learning and community building. Feel free to invite others!
