Drop-in Session: Cultivando La Compasión en el 2021

Angelica Zapata

About this Event

Angelica is a facilitator for CCFW’s professional and parent well-being training programs and oversees program development and delivery in Spanish. She is a life coach and an educator, certified in Early Childhood Development. She is also certified by Life University to facilitate Compassion Integrity Training and, more recently, completed her training to facilitate “Listening Mothers” through the Community of Mindful Parenting.

Angelica is a first-generation Latina who enjoys volunteering for the Army Community Service. She has led and promoted programs that support the well-being of the Latinx and military communities. As a former military spouse, she had to learn resiliency and self-regulation skills to navigate the constant changes and struggles of military families.
