Megan Kennedy, MA, LMHC

Megan Kennedy is the Director of the UW Resilience Lab. Her work focuses on leading strategic initiatives that support student mental health and well-being – and she’s an active facilitator of CCFW’s Be REAL program. A Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Megan previously served as a clinical director and youth and family therapist at Youth Eastside Services in Bellevue, WA. Megan received training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and other evidence and mindfulness-based therapies.
