Scholarship Application

Scholarship Information

If you are a professional working with children and families, especially families experiencing economic disadvantage or adversity, you may qualify for one of our financial scholarships. CCFW has a limited number of financial aid awards to make our mindfulness classes and training opportunities accessible to individuals who indicate need based on limited resources, or those who serve underserved communities of children and families.

  • Scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis following this application process.
  • Scholarship recipients will receive either 50% or 100% of their registration fees covered based on reported income.
  • Applicants will be notified about their application status no later than 3 weeks prior to the first day of class for their selected course.
  • Applicants must wait to register for the course until a decision has been made in order to qualify. Applicants who are already registered for the course cannot be considered for a scholarship.

All information you provide will be kept confidential and will only be reviewed by internal CCFW staff to determine eligibility.

If you have any questions, please contact us at ccfwb@uw.edu prior to completing this application.

The typical financial aid award is to cover 50% of the cost of a class/training, though in some cases, we may be able to cover 100% of class registration fees. If we provided you with a 50% scholarship, would you be able to register for the class?
