Kim is a research assistant for CCFW. She provides support for the Be REAL program. Prior to joining CCFW, Kim participated in Be REAL staff training and Be REAL facilitator training.
Kim’s previous experience in higher education includes working as an academic advisor and faculty at UW, Olympic College, and Edmonds College. She earned her MA in Scandinavian Studies from UW, and holds an MS in Education from Old Dominion University. She is currently working on her PhD in the Language Acquisition in Multilingual Settings (LAMS) Program at the University of the Basque Country. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, paddle boarding, hiking, traveling, reading, and learning languages.
