Tween Teen Class Orig

Karen “Karb” Bullard offers an eight-week mindfulness & yoga series designed specifically for Tweens & Teens(ages 12 – 18) to teach them life skills to cope with the stress and anxiety of growing up. 


8 Limbs Yoga offers a Tween/Teen Yoga Series. This series will engage youth aged 10-14 through asana practice, meditation, and breath practices.

Well Beings: Centering the Mental Health of Black Youth.  KCTS 9, WA Therapy Fund Foundation, and The Root of Our Youth hosted a virtual event to address youth mental health and well-being. The event centered and supported Black youth as they continue to build their power, and their friends, family, and community that surround them.


National Institute for Mental Health created these shareable resources on child and adolescent mental health. Help raise awareness about the importance of children’s mental health and early diagnosis and treatment by sharing information and materials based on the latest research.

The Center for Parent & Teen Communication put together this list of Five Coping Skills Teens Need to Know. The goal is to offer a wide array of healthy strategies so teens have options to draw from when needed.
