Short MSC is a compact version of our usual MSC program, with 1.5-hour classes once a week over 6 weeks, and a smaller class-size (20 or less).  Our goals are to promote the direct, personal experience of self-compassion, to provide on-the-spot skills for everyday life, and to infuse our moment-to-moment experience with kindness – especially when we feel frustrated, hurt, inadequate, or overwhelmed.
